Reverend Sharon Y. Davis celebrates over seven years in ordained gospel ministry and has enjoyed many more years in church service since childhood.
Currently, Rev. Davis is one of several clergy members who serve at First Baptist Church of Philadelphia under the leadership of the Pastor, the Rev. Gerardo James deJesus, PhD, also known as Pastor Jerry. As a minister, Sharon is provided with the opportunity to utilize her gifts as Worship Leader, Bible Study Teacher, and Pulpit Supply. She also serves as a team member of the Comfort and Care Grief Ministry, which ministers comfort and healing to the congregation through workshops, prayer and guidance through the storms of loss and grief. In addition to church membership, Ms. Davis is employed at First Baptist Church as the Office Admin and Assistant to the Pastor. Sharon has also served in the role of Administrative Assistant under Rev. Jeffrey Branson and Rev. Edwin Harris at Wesley A.M.E. Zion Church located in Philadelphia.
As an internet radio owner and broadcaster, she enjoys sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ as well as leading people into the presence of God through praise and worship music through two stations:

, which broadcast 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
In addition to preaching and teaching, Sharon enjoys creating websites, writing poetry, short stories and plays. She is a graduate of Indiana University of PA where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in finance. She is presently a student of Christian Leadership University working towards a Masters of Divinity degree.
